Stella Honey Yoon, singer-songwriter, satirist and dreamer.

Eighteen, Kiwirean and beautiful; melodramatic, sentimental, sarcastic and entertaining.

Calls Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand, the Spiritual Home. Currently resides in Bundang, South Korea. Can be found daydreaming on park benches, taking black-and-white photographs with dusty cameras, singing in public, chugging on Perrier and overdosing on candy, collecting records and enchanting strangers.

Regards Music as her religion. Is in awe of Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Jaco Pastorius. Loves India Arie, D'Angelo, Alicia Keys and Maxwell. Wishes to be a truthful, striking and honest lyricist. Indulges in British/90's Hip Hop, everything 80's, Acoustic guitar strumming, Neo-Soul, Jazz after the Big Band Era and Soul. Writes songs at three in the morning, records them in an hour and then forgets all about them.

Desires to capture millions with her interpretation of various artistic forms, namely music, literature, photography and fashion. Deifies Allen Ginsberg, Chan Wook Park, Toni Morrison, Edie Sedgwick, Gus Van Sant, Truman Capote and Roald Dahl.

Is an hopeless aestheticist. Admits to being "phoney" yet adores Salinger. Has an inappropriate affection for stripes, sweetness, stuffed toys and cuddles.

Is very social yet loves to have her own space. Values unique, rare souls that bring tears and revelations to her every day. Will ask of honesty and trust in every level of human relationships. Is hopeless at hiding emotions. Will tell anyone what she thinks about straight up. Needs to be nicer to annoying people.

Dreams of changing the world through studying Arts and Public Policy; founding a world where the arts become the true hallmarks of a sophisticated culture, this sophistication arising from an environment where everyone, regardless of her walk of life or status, can delve into the pure manifestations of the human instinct. Finds her ultimate salvation in fostering an environment where the arts thrive as a part of man's vitality and food for the soul.

Is currently engaged in delicious manual labour, selling bread nine to five in a bakery, and is anxiously awaiting to see where the wind will take her for the next few years. Is willing to have midnight dates or Sunday lunches with friends and strangers alike. Will love to hear comments, positive and negative, on her work.

Invites all to visit the nooks and crannies of her imperfect, fragile and volatile soul, exposed in this sanctuary that transcends time and space.
